Our client, a very successful digital agency based in London are now looking for a Digital Account Manager to join their team. You’ll need to be able to make things happen when managing the development & direction of accounts. With a keen eye for detail, and a natural desire to exceed client expectations.

You are a bonafide ‘people person’, someone who can unite all our unique skills and disciplines to help them create, innovate and solve any digital challenge thrown your way. 




  • Overall development & direction of accounts.

  • Meeting revenue targets for accounts.

  • Managing the key relationships on accounts. 

  • Helping to set the digital strategic direction for clients

  • Continuous farming of business within accounts.

  • Ensuring each account has adequate resource capacity.

  • Quickly escalating the need for more resource.

  • Overall management of the account team – ensuring the right resources are properly utilized to deliver projects. 

  • Proactively working with clients to understand business issues and prepare proposals. 

  • Following up on status of proposals.

Your skills:

  • Mentoring/training other members of the Client Services team. 

  • Taking the role of PM on ad hoc projects where capacity dictates.

  • Working closely with PMs’/Lead PMs to resolve issues & risks.

  • Development of new business propositions.

  • Contributing to the new business funnel.

  • Taking a lead role on preparing proposals, pitches and related activities.
