The Role:

Due to great success and winning of new clients, our client are looking to expand their development team further by adding to their team 4x more PHP Developers to help drive their products forward and keep up with, and exploit, the exciting technological changes happening all around us. 

​

The ideal candidate will possess extensive PHP, Symfony and MySQL skills and be familiar with different versions of these technologies as well. Like everyone they are looking for hard working, but like-minded, easy going individuals with a desire and drive to produce the best product possible whilst hitting those all-important client deadlines. They are looking for a high level of competency in the specified technologies and a desire to learn and keep abreast of what is happening with new developments. They leave tech decisions to the development teams so there are great opportunities to explore new and up and coming technologies and skills.

Responsibilities:

• Offer support on existing applications • Contribute to in-house core project
• Work on greenfield projects

Key skills and requirements:

• PHP 4+
• Symfony (Or any similar MVC Framework) • MySQL
• TDD - Using PHPUnit, PHPSpec etc.
• Unix command line knowledge
• Git
• Agile development
