Our client, a very successful digital agency based in London are now looking for a Senior Digital Project Manager to join their delivery team. You’ll need to be able to make big things happen: working across their team to see each project through from start to finish. With a keen eye for detail, and a natural desire to exceed client expectations.
 

You are a bonafide ‘people person’, someone who can unite all our unique skills and disciplines to help them create, innovate and solve any digital challenge thrown your way. You also love cool stuff like data, design, new technology and web-based environments.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • The timely and successful delivery of projects

  • Day to day project management and scheduling

  • Management of suppliers, both internal and external

  • Collaboration with their development studio

  • Creation and implementation of timing plans and Statement of Work documents 

  • Briefing of Designers and Developers

  • Ensuring teams deliver the correct material on time

  • Ensuring all production paperwork is created and projects are accurately scoped

  • Obtaining design assets and specifications from clients, media agencies or directly through media owners

  • Gathering, filing and distributing assets to Designers and Creative for all clients

  • Delivering final creative to the client and media partners to agreed format, size and specifications

  • Creating all production cost estimates in conjunction with Client Leads

  • Liaising with the project team throughout the life-cycle

Your skills:

●     Excellent analytical and problem solving

●     Excellent communication

●     A good understanding and interest of current web technologies, both front-end and back-end

●     Comfortable working on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

●     Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools

●     Experience managing a variety of digital interactive projects both on web and on mobile devices

●     Ability to effectively research and estimate project scopes, identify risks and evaluate timings

●     Experience in developing CMS, eCommerce and bespoke web applications

●     Ability to identify risks and develop contingencies

●     Ability to identify lessons from existing projects and promote the incorporation of this learning into future projects
